Thursday, February 16, 2012 Rebecca Carley MD I have attached one of the most important documents in my mountain of evidence proving vaccines are biological weapons. It is page 9 of a document entitled "Vaccine Information Statements; what you need to know", CDC publication # 99-6194, published May 4, 2000. I came across this document at a conference in Washington, DC at which the CDC had a booth with all their vaccine propaganda. This was about a year after I coined the term "vaccine induced disease". Before the NYS medical board stole my medical license, I was writing vaccine exemptions for my patients, diagnosing them with vaccine induced diseases. One of the school nurses contacted the CDC, and was told "there is no such thing". On the page I have attached, "The Law", you will see the terms "vaccine-related illnesses, disabilities, injuries or deaths". This document is pure gold, and in fact I have been told by many people who called the CDC to obtain a copy of this document that "it is no longer available"...
